GD150-S 150kg/h servo driven hard candy depositing line
GD150-S full automatic serve driven PLC controlled hard candy depositing line is one of our most advanced production lines for depositing hard candies. The line consists of automatic weighing and mixing system, pressure dissolving system, micro-film cooker, depositor and industrial cooling tunnel. It is developed based on SHINWEI’s 4thgeneration hard candy depositing line. We adopt the advanced servo driven system to control the machine accurately and efficiently.
The features:
1. All units of the production line are auto running, all raw materials are handling in the piping and machine, and various kind of recipes can be programmed in the PLC and applied easily and freely if needed.
2. PLC and servo driven system are imported brand which is more reliable and better quality.
3. Depositing volume(candy weight) can be changed easily that just need to input the data into the control system. More accurate depositing and continuous production reduces the waste rate of materials.
4. Simple and compact machine structure, menu operation, better efficiency, high-speed running, reliable and steady work, little noise are main features of this machine.

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check

3.Packing: a. Inside the machine put desiccant b. Add 6 cm thick foam
plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and
combined with bubble wrap c. On wood packaging on the outside of the
machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
